Jenni Arnold is the founder of Human Kind Intelligence, where she helps people and organizations use AI with clarity, confidence, and care. Through workshops, speaking engagements, and hands-on consulting, she translates complex tools into practical workflows for business, marketing, productivity, and AI-search visibility.
A University of West Florida graduate and Gulf Coast native, Jenni brings a business-builder’s perspective to every conversation. She previously worked in Disney’s corporate Telecom Department and helped build Absolute Surgical from three sales representatives to 32 over 13 years. That experience shapes her practical, business-first approach to AI education.
Jenni is a licensed AI Workshop Leader through AI Business Breakthrough Academy in London. She holds Empressa AI Foundations for Women certification and a Generative AI certification through Google. She is also an Empressa AI Imperial Council member and a paid speaker and facilitator for Empressa AI.
She co-founded and co-leads the AI Collective’s Pensacola and Gulf Coast chapters. Her community involvement includes Take Stock in Children, ITEN WIRED, AI Builders Pensacola, The Alternative Board, the Florida SBDC at UWF, the Gulf Breeze Chamber, the Pensacola Beach Chamber, and other Gulf Coast organizations.

Human Kind Intelligence will be a nationally recognized, Gulf Coast-rooted AI education practice that helps small businesses, professionals, and community organizations use AI safely and confidently, with a special focus on women entrepreneurs and women-led businesses.
From the Gulf Coast to communities across the country, HKI’s workshops, speaking, and signature programs help people understand AI and apply it responsibly in real work. Clients leave with clearer decisions, safer habits, and practical workflows that give them time back without sacrificing human judgment, creativity, or connection.
Beyond work
Jenni is a Gulf Coast native who enjoys the outdoors. She and her husband Andy spend their free time at their camp, out on the water fishing, and traveling with family. She's a mentor with Take Stock in Children and mom to two awesome kids. She believes that being kind, staying curious and remaining teachable are the most important things you can do. She loves to laugh, life is short, enjoy it.
